Origin Story

It began with work efficiency could not measure.

What sales at Suntory taught us

In commercial sales, co-founder Yoshiya Murayama visited more than 30 stores a day. Even when efficient email sales were encouraged, he kept visiting new restaurant owners, tasting products with them after hours, and proposing what matched each store's concept.

He learned that people choose more than terms and price. They choose the time, care, and dedication of someone who shows up.

What cleaning taught us

In cleaning work, we were not only removing dirt. We were entering someone's life. A small note on a mirror, a loose corner that needed fixing, a quiet detail not listed in the task sheet could move a customer's heart.

Work is not only completing the requested task. There is value in a person coming all the way there, standing in front of someone, and listening.

What guiding continues to teach us

AI can plan travel, translate language, and explain famous places. Yet a human guide still matters: changing walking speed by reading a guest's face, suggesting a detour at the right moment, and bridging cultural confusion with warmth.

Guiding is not about delivering information. It is about making the act of being together valuable.

Yoshiya Murayama

Representative Director

Born in Israel and raised in Japan. After graduating from Hibiya High School and Chuo University Faculty of Law, he joined Suntory Holdings and worked in commercial sales.

He leads L7's business development and field implementation through customer understanding and action in the real world.

Hiraku Mori

Hiraku Mori

Representative Director

Born in Seattle and raised in Japan. After Shizuoka High School and Kyoto University Graduate School, he joined Simplex Inc. and worked on financial trading exchange systems.

He turns field knowledge into repeatable systems through AI implementation and operations design.
